SHIPPING and other stuff FAQ:
Minimum Order Policy:
Minimum for all purchase orders is $100.00. Minimum quantities depend on individual items picked.
Buyer Criteria:
1) As a buyer, you guarantee that you represent an independent retail business and have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of that business. You must be able to provide a valid Resale Tax ID number, VAT, BN, or ABN for your business and have been in business for at least 6 months.
2) Additionally when you purchase Firefly Notes products you agree to sell these items under the Firefly Notes brand.
3) You agree NOT to sell our products on Etsy or Amazon
Payment:
You will have the option to check out and pay via Shopify Payments (credit card) or PayPal direct checkout.
Turnaround time:
Turnaround time is generally 2-3 weeks (All PO’s are made to order and I have line ups) . This can vary in the holiday season when I am backlogged with orders (so please order well in advance!) but I will let you know if there is any additional wait. **Please keep in mind I am a small biz so please order well in advance of the holidays.**
Shipping rates:
I charge a flat rate of $16.00 to the USA and $20.00 on all wholesale orders within Canada. ***Overseas buyers*** I have a flat rate shipping fee of $30.00 for the moment however if your order is quite heavy this will increase and I will need to bill you directly for additional costs (depends how far away you are). Cost will be calculated separately and billed accordingly. Contact me if you have any questions about this.
Estimated shipping times
Covid has messed these all up so be patient with the postal system please!! xo
Canada: 5-10 business days
United States: 1-2 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
